Academic Center

For over 11 years this German school has been receiving students from around the world each summer. Situated in the heart of the city you can easily get to nearby movie theaters, cafés, parks and various city attractions. The school itself also has great services and facilities, such as numerous classrooms, a student lounge, a language lab and a library.

Classes

The program consists of 15 general German lessons divided into 3 daily lessons each day from Monday to Friday. Students of all nationalities are divided into groups (maximum 15 participants) according to their level of German. Students will take a level test on the first day to determine their knowledge of German and corresponding course level. Each lesson is equivalent to 45 actual minutes of class.

Accommodations

All families are carefully selected to ensure that students will truly discover the German lifestyle and have plenty of opportunity to put into practice what they learn in class. There will only be one Spanish-speaking student per family. Students will stay in 2-person bedrooms on a full board basis (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Accommodation is located between 25 and 40 minutes from the school via public transport. There is an option for an individual room for those student who would prefer it.

Activities & Excursions

Aschaffenburg offers a wide variety of recreational opportunities such as visits and sports. Students will be able to enjoy 3 activities in the city of Aschaffenburg, a half day excursion that is normally organised on a Wednesday, and a full day excursion on a Saturday.
