Situated at the gates of Monte-Carlo, the center is an immense balcony looking out over the Mediterranean, a lush 4-hectare park full of trees and blooming gardens, and an ideal spot to freely and safely enjoy nature along with other young peers from around the world.
An amphitheater, conceived and constructed in the ancient Greek style by French poet Jean Cocteau, serves as a meeting spot for both students and faculty at the Centre Mediterraneen. It's an artistic space highly valued by all.
The program includes the study of French language and civilization as well as a wide variety of athletic, recreational and cultural activities. The constant presence of the school's adminstrative and cultural director, professors and counselors help to ensure the peace and well-being of all students for the duration of their stay.
The counselors that stay in the center's residence spend all day with their assigned group of students supervising activities, facilitating students' integration and assisting in the resolution of any problems that arise.

2 to 10 weeks
Students can begin on any Sunday between June 20 and August 8.
The school closes on August 22.
Classes, held in groups of no more than 15 students, are held from Monday to Friday for three hours each day. On the first Monday of a student's program, he/ she will take a French language test in the morning to determine his/ her level: beginner, intermediate or advanced.
Our professors, graduates of the University of Nice, are specialized in teaching of French as a foreign language. Thanks to their experience, students enjoy French classes that progress in a serious, structured manner but in a pleasant atmosphere in which conversation is encouraged.
Upon completion of their French summer course in Monaco, all students will receive a course certificate.
Students reside in a residential building comprised of rooms for between 3 and 5 students rooms with shared bathrooms or in bungalows for 3 to 5 people with exterior bathrooms. Students are grouped with other students of similar ages but different nationalities.
Meals are eaten in the buffet-style restaurant, which offers a varied and abundant menu. At times, meals are organized as activities, such as barbeques or cooking classes.
