Among its many attractions, in Toronto you can find a very active city center, hundreds of green spaces and nearby islands, and it's without a doubt one of the most diverse cities in Canada. The program is held in one of the most important language institutions in Canada, one that has over 30 years of experience teaching English to youngsters from all over the world.
Accredited by some of the most prestigious international organizations, the academic center boasts 50 classrooms, a cafeteria, a student lounge and 100 computer terminals with internet access. The center is housed in an impressive building in the most centric part of the city and surrounded by metro and bus stations making the school easy to get to from any part of the city!
The program includes 20 lessons per week in international groups. Each student will be placed at his or her corresponding level following a level test taken on the first day. Lessons are equivalent to 45 actual minutes of class.
One thing that Canadians are renowned for is their friendly nature. Our students will stay with carefully selected host families. The rooms are individual rooms and the meal service is full board. Each student will receive a local transport card so that they can get about using public transport.
Getting to know the culture of Canada is just as important as learning English. And of course, we want our students to enjoy and make the most of their stay in this marvellous country.
Therefore, the program includes 3 full day excursions, including visiting Niagara Falls (including the boat trip), spending the day at Wasaga Beach, and enjoying the Wonderland Amusement Park. There are also activities during the mornings and afternoons such as Casa Loma, a City Bus Tour, a boat trip in Toronto Bay, Toronto Islands, Royal Ontario Museum, CN Tower, sport...
The group of students who depart from Madrid Barajas will be accompanied by a Spanish counselor from departure to return as well as local counselors throughout their stay in Canada.
