Toronto is the largest city in Canada, as well as the country's cultural and business center. Among its many attractions, in Toronto you can find a very active city center, hundreds of green spaces and nearby islands, and it's without a doubt one of the most diverse cities in Canada. The program is held in one of the most important language institutions in Canada, one that has over 30 years of experience teaching English to youngsters from all over the world.
The academic center has 50 classrooms, a cafeteria, a student lounge and 100 computer terminals with internet access. The center is housed in an impressive building in the most centric part of the city and surrounded by metro and bus stations. This makes the school easy to get to from any part of the city!
The program includes 20 lessons per week in international groups. Each student will be placed at his or her corresponding level following a level test taken on the first day.
Students will stay with carefully selected host families in double rooms that are shared with students of other nationalities. Students will receive 3 meals a day every day of the week.
Getting to know the culture of Canada is just as important as learning English. We want our students to enjoy and make the most of their stay in Canada. That's why the program includes a diverse program of full-day and half-day activities as well as a weekend spent visiting Montreal and Quebec (2 nights, 3 days).
Possible full-day activities: visit Niagara Falls, spend a day at Wasaga Beach, have fun at the Canada's Wonderland Amusement Park.
Possible half-day activities: visit the Toronto Islands, visit the Ontario Gallery of Art, enjoy the amazing views from the CN Tower.
Students will have constant supervision provided by local counselors as well as our own counselors that accompany students at all time, starting with the departure from Spain.
