EASTBOURNE

Eastbourne is a large town in the historic county of Sussex on the southern coastline of England. It has an estimated population of around 98,000 and its human history dates back to the stone age with small settlements in the area until the 19th century when the town started to expand with the arrival of the train.

During the time of Edward VII, Eastbourne became an important maritime town and nowadays it has various theaters, many parks, museums and a beach that extends 6 kilometers.

Course Dates and Duration

From July 2 to 23 (3 weeks)

Academic Center

The school is located in the center of Eastbourne, close to both the beach and the train station. Students will benefit large, air-conditioned classrooms, a swimming pool, activities rooms, gymnasium and sports grounds.

Classes

The program includes 20 lessons per week in international groupings. Each student will be placed in a group corresponding to their level, following a level test. The maximum number of students per class is 15.

Accommodation

Families which treat our students as one of their own. In each family there will be only one student whose native language is Spanish. Students will stay on a full board basis, sharing a bedroom with another international student. From Monday to Friday students will have a packed lunch which they will eat at school.

Activities, Sports & Excursions

The program includes a varied program of cultural and sporting activities every afternoon following classes as well as after dinner. Activities the students will enjoy include sporting tournaments, international parties, theater, karaoke and both half and full day visits to places such as Brighton, London...
