Cologne has a lot to offer. It is the fouth biggest city of Germany, with almost one million people, and the oldest city of the country. It was founded by the Romans 2,000 years ago on the banks of the Rhine river. Its true magnet is its impressive gothic cathedral, one of the most famous and visited monuments of Germany. Its cultural offer is wide and varied, with almost 150 galleries and 50 museums, amongst which stand out the Museum of Sports and the Museum of Chocolate. It also features one of the most lively Carnival celebrations of the country. Numerous bars, restaurants, movie theatres and discotheques complete the leisure offer of one of the most animated cities of Germany.
The academic center of Cologne is located near the city center, next to Mediapark, and it has an excellent connection connection with all public transport. From the school one can walk to the historic district of the city to visit the numerous monuments that date from the Roman and Medieval times, as well as the world-renowned Gothic cathedral, or simply navigate down the Rhine.
The school has modern classrooms that can fit up to 160 students. It also has a media room, audiovisual facilities and a library. In the reception there is a computer room with Internet access and e-mail. In the cafeteria you can easily get to know the other students in the school.

This is the best option to practice what you've learned outside the classroom. You'll stay in an individual room and may choose to stay on a breakfast only basis or on a half board. The distance to the school is within a range of a 15 to 45 minute trip.
Shared by students of different nationalities who attend the same academic center. The rroms are single. They are within a 15 and 45 minute trip from the school on public transport. You will share common areas like the kitchen and the bathroom with the other students nad will have the opportunity of meeting new people.
The school proposes weekly visits that allow you to discover the history and culture of cologne, such as its Roman and Medieval monuments, the Gothic cathedral, museums, galleries and theatres. The weekend excursionsare organised with the intention that the students can discover the region. Once a month there is a big party that joins all international students.Furthermore, the school organizes numerous sports activities such as football, tennis or horse riding.
