The English School in Cape Town
This school is located in an elegant colonial-style building, in what used to be the classic Cape Town Hotel. The school is located at a short walk from the best beaches and shopping areas with many elegant shops, restaurants and bars.
You'll find 22 classrooms, a recreational/ game room and dormitories for students all in the same building, as well as a pool, garden with barbecue and bar.

General English Course
- Program: 20 or 30 lessons of 50 minutes per week

Accommodations
University Residences
This is the most popular housing option. There are 2 residences located within walking distance from one another. Students staying here may use the facilities of both residences. They are located a few minutes away from the area of Green Point and the Three Anchor Bay district, the beach and shopping area. You'll stay in a double or single room with shared or private bathroom. Breakfast is included.
All students will additionally have access to the television, kitchen facilities, pool, garden with barbecue and game room.
Families
Our carefully selected families offer single room and half board. The majority of families live close to the center of the city and the school, at a maximum 30 minute bus or train ride.
Cultural Activities
The social activities department boasts great experience organizing differnet weekly activities both in the afternoon and at night. Likewise, every weekend there will be full-day or two-day activities and trips.
Without a doubt, the most interesting activity available is going on a safari; you can sign up for 2 to 15 days.
