The English School in Belfast

The school is located on University Street, in the center of the university district and right by the Botanical Garden. The neighborhood is brimming with bars, restaurants and stores and is only 10 minutes from the very center of Belfast.

Students are able to study in an impressive Victorian building that has been recently renovated and still retains its original structures. Spread throughout the school's four flors are 12 spacious classrooms, a study room with computers for students to use, a kitchen, a cafeteria and a small yard. There is Wi-Fi access throughout the school

Accommodations

Families

By eating and sharing day-to-day life with an Irish family, students will discover local customs and learn new expressions every day. Host families offer students an individual room and a choice between half board or breakfast only.

Apartment

Another option is to stay in a single room in an apartment shared with other students. Each student has his own room, while common areas (bathroom, kitchen, dining area, etc.) are shared, which is great for maintaining an independent lifestyle while making friends.

Residence

During the months of July, August and September students can stay in a university residence on the campus and a 5-minute walk from the academic center. Students will have an individual room with private bathroom, as well as access to the residence kitchen and cafeteria.

Cultural Activities

The school organizes an interesting and diverse program of activities, including welcome parties, guided visits to local attractions and weekend excursions.
